Regarding the video, no one in the trans communities I've been talking to know who they are, no one has ever seen this person before, and I know a number of trans groups in and near Burlington, Massachusetts.

The only places this video shows up on are on right wing sites, and on right wing social media accounts. It doesn't even show up on any of the trans or LGBTQ+ groups on Reddit. Nothing? Nowhere? We'd be abuzz about this if it had actually happened as the OP claims.

Also, the person in this video does several things that should flag attention:

1. They know they're being videoed, and they're being very obvious about making sure that they are very well seen on the video.
2. They have a full on erection, or at least they give the appearance of having a full on erection, in a very tight skirt.
3. They are wearing an obvious wig, and by obvious I mean you can tell they didn't fit it on their head, they look like they slapped it on before walking into the restroom.
4. To reiterate earlier, this "story" broke 4 days ago, and the only people reporting it are hard right news sites. The claim says this occurred in Burlington, Massachusetts. There is no story from any Burlington, MA news agency reporting any kind of incident, nothing in the police blotter, nothing on the Burlington, MA police twitter page, or Facebook page. Even if it were legal, if police show up, a report could still be filed. This would be a nationwide story, even in the mainstream media, if for no other reason than to bring it up for debate. There is nothing.

So I'm going to say shenanigans are happening.

If you see a trans person's dick in the ladies room and you are not peeking in a stall, then that person is doing something wrong and report them. If you are peeking in the stall and see a dick in the ladies room, then you need to be arrested. I do not disagree that this situation is one where the cops or management should have been called. I will say the fact they weren't says this is staged and anyone around was aware. This would never happen IRL without the cops being called because it is a complete lie that any trans person would do this, or would get away with this. The only reason this person did this and got away with it is because it is staged. If you did this thing regularly you would be in jail and be in the sex offenders registry. As a trans person who could have sported that size teepee in the past I can say I would never be standing there exposing myself to others like that. First, would never tuck that poorly. When kong the annoying used to be active I actually used duct tape to secure when I was experimenting with tight stretchy skirts. Second, if for some reason my tuck failed to that extent I would not use the ladies room. You would already be outed so going into the women's room would just cause a scene. Plus the women's room could have every stall occupied and the men's room would be much less likely to have one open, and seeing a penis in the men's might be odd, but you could tell the other dudes to shut up and not look.
