Of course. If you actually had that event the person would have been reported to the authorities. That would have been right because a person with that sausage in their skirt would have either been terrifying women, or they would have been peeping on women. Neither of which is legal, even if you were trans.

Real trans women do not do shit like that in the bathroom for a few reasons. 1. rthe hormones make that hard on an impossible thing. 2. They would be outed. 3. it is not what they are in the bathroom for. 4. and they do not want to be outed or end up in jail.
