And if enough employees do the same, don’t expect to have a business. Sauce for the goose, Mr. Saavik.
The problem here neglects the position. First off, go ahead and fire me because I know how unemployment works, and I will be getting it. Second, go ahead and fire me because I know how much I do and how often I do show up compared to others. You are going to need at least 2 people to cover what I do, and it is going to take them months to catch up. I am giving the employer a warning for their benefit so they can arrange to staff my time off. There are holidays where I will be considerate of parents with families and making sure things get done, but my requests should not be considered requests. Calling them requests is a lie designed to make me feel as if I do not have value.
I mean... yes and no. Some employees get hired specifically for the Christmas season and then don't want to work during the busiest days of that season. Some employees get hired specifically for evenings and weekends and then refuse to work evenings and weekends. I'm not saying there aren't shitty arbitrarily unfair employers out there, but there's also a give and take.
This roller coaster tycoon sounds like it modeled it's algorithm after Actio0n Park's business model. If you do not know google is your friend, and Action Park was the best water park ever for those who survived it.
There’s a rabbit hole there for sure. The kid is called “Baby Noah” by conspiracy theorists. https://www.bitchute.com/video/PWc3oVMS6Wfr
How is that remotely true? It was the individual bigotry of the perpetrators and the prosecutor that led to Arbery’s death and their near non-prosecution. The whole point of academic CRT is that there can be discriminatory outcomes from a system in which no one is personally bigoted.
The prosecutor is part of a system, though, and it was only after a video leaked that anything happened.
Academic CRT is about the result of unintentional racially discriminatory outcomes, not intentional ones. That an agent of the state was involved does not implicate the system by itself.
And there was nothing in the system that prevented those people from getting away with it. The only reason the case went to court was someone leaked videos to the media. If the system was set up to ensure that people can be held accountable, then it would have been impossible for the prosecutor, etc. to suppress the evidence that showed what actually happened that day.
