I'm not calling any woman a liar, and how a woman dresses is never an excuse for a man's sexual aggression. Please provide evidence that I have ever claimed otherwise.
But I am saying that proof is required to get a conviction with any crime, or even for the crime to be investigated in some cases. But if the rape victim doesn't even attempt to notify any and all authorities they can and only tells people that are powerless to get the case investigated, is that a smart move on the part of the victim?

Women will not come forward until men start taking Women’s accusations seriously. Proof or any damn thing else only comes when the crime is investigated. If police do not take the accusations seriously, very few women will come forward.

Either way, as far as most women are concerned, men can’t be trusted. And men will confirm this -

Agree that some men can't be trusted and some men confirm one or more of your three rape prevention points. Just my opinion and be aware that I do have a wife, a daughter and two grand daughters so it's not like I don't have some skin in the game. That said females (and males) throughout history have been known to occasionally tell a falsehood now and then. If you feel that females are incapable of twisting the truth, I don't know what to tell you.

It's infuriating that sexual assault isn't taken seriously by the cops and large parts of society in general compared to other personal crimes, but at the same time the answer isn't to eliminate the burden of proof or statute of limitations for sexual assault, or to encourage the phenomenon of unsubstantiated allegations hurting the accused professionally.
