When it comes to those under 18 the law sort of figures it knows better than the person if it's harassment or not. I mean, she might not consider the sexual intercourse to be rape, but because the person she had sex with is over a certain age, the law does. See what I mean?

I disagree with that idea. Why ban someone from the room for simply not being old enough? The only instance where it could be trouble is if a minor is being sexually harassed, but the mods are here to prevent stuff like that from going any further. In this case, Listy did his job.
