A van, being pursued by law enforcement, sped through an intersection and flipped over. After the crash, nine people inside that van then climbed out the windows and ran through a residential area.

That happened this morning, about 2.5 miles from my house.

There were 21(!) people inside the van, not nine.

That's the wrong part of town for "many other cars around". That's a very rural part of town.
