I have been amazed for decades that the trans community has not been treated like this while the reps were demonizing the gays. While the gay marriage thing was hitting the fan trans people were flying under the radar. No one had any argument against a trans woman marrying a man being completely legal. I remember watching Pat robertson defending trans women while going after gay men. It was as strange as his defense of pot smoking. Me and my tans friends used to joke that Pat had a secret room in his mansion where he smoked up and had all his dresses in. It was always strange to me how the trans community avoided this sort oif rage during the gay marriage freak out.

It really shows me that no one really gives a fuck until the media and politicians start freaking out and drumming up the hate. Ron has clearly seen this too and has chosen going after trans kids. castration is not SRS if that is what you are saying. At best castration is a cheap substitute for people who have really strong gender dysphoria associated with their penis and will not be able to make it to SRS surgery. I am also not sure as I have not fully gotten into it, but it might be that you need the penis material for decent SRS genital reconstruction. @Nova might be able to help with more technical info on that.

Again, forcing the wrong gender on people is not helping them. It has been done, and has been shown to be as bad as not allowing trans people to transition. There is no benefit to it, and it is dangerous.

It is punishment for gay sex. You do not need to quote it.

Also, GRS for FtM is not the same as MtF. The actual process does not need to involve the removal of the Genitals or sexual organs and can be done chemically while leaving the reproductive organs intact. Socially, in what has become a country that is very oppressive to it's female population, allowing a gender swap might be beneficial to certain women when you are not actually removing their sex organs.
