Remove Ancalagon and John from staff...

I know Anc is one of the owners of the board, but it is clear that their actions are damaging the board and they refuse to acknowledge this. It seems to me the only solution is to strip them of the ability to take administrative actions on the board and limit them to the permissions a regular poster has.
