I have to admit the twitter feed was kind of funny. A Canadian couple drove four hours to a US location that was supposed to have the sauce but were unable to get one before supplies ran out. As she is complaining one of her "friends" posts pictures of himself eating chicken nuggets dipped in the coveted sauce.
Wow. Stupid people. I love Rick & Morty but not enough to go crazy over some dipping sauce that no one has had since 1998. If the sauce was that good people would have been asking for it for a long time.
McDonald's should be the masters of artificial scarcity since they helped pioneer it with the limited time offerings of McRibs. Of course, guys like this probably didn't help things for McDonald's.
