If they're actually giving her the money, she deserves every penny. Is she even armed?

I don't think so. She just goes into a bank and demands money and they give it to her.

Sounds like a bad plan for them. Sounds like financial pan handling.

Sounds like not risking putting customers in the line of fire over a couple of thousand dollars. Sounds like a really good and easy business decision, especially considering deposit insurance.

Even if it's a bank deposit slip with "all the money or I'll blow your head off bitch!" written in the amount box?

WOODY ALLEN did this in the comedy "take the money and run."
His writing is so poor nobody can read the note, and the whole bank gathers around to try and read it, while he explains it. :)

Is robbing banks with a note illegal?

I don't know if you've ever heard a really bad soprano hit a high C, but it can be fuckin' deadly.

How do I know which wallet is yours?

It's the one that says 'Bad Motherfucker' on it.

You can also be arrested if you have a note like that in your possesion while in a bank. And if you are caught writing the note while in the bank.

No lie. But only certain banks have armed guards. But if you are seen writing a robbery note while in the bank, you can be taken into custody.

Federal laws concerning banks and banking are quite interesting.

Well, we know criminals generally aren't the brightest bulbs, but if you're planning to rob a bank you'd think you could take the time to prep the note beforehand, in the interest of thoroughness and brevity.

True, but they can catch you on the line with the note in your hand and you can't say "hey I didn't pass the note yet'.

Bank robbers don;t get much when they rob only one teller. Depending on the day and that tellers responsibilities he might get 15 thousand at the high end. Tellers can never have large sums at there station.

Most times you hear about bank robberies but seldom the amount. Its usually around 8-12 thousand.

But you pop three tellers for 30k, and that's enough to buy a new Mustang with all the bells and whistles.

Its hard to get 3 tellers. Many times these guys do it simply by posing as a customer making a deposit. No fuss no muss. They just pass the note and the teller hands over the dough.

But since there are usually no guards, they usually get the money. Now this teller has defnetly put in the 'trick' pack of money and hit the silent alarm. They usually have various bills bundled. 5's 10's 20's. A bunch of those look like a lot of money. The robber has no chance to check it. Just take it and go.

The silent alarm is right near the money. there could be two at the station.

Well in America bank robbery is a ferderal offence. If he robbed a store of 12 thousand and got caught he would do less time.
