Voting for the abuse of people by the government does end up being a bit much. The government should not be forcing pronoun use on the general public, but yes they should not employ people who cannot deal with the entirety of the law abiding public when serving the law abiding public. If I cannot perform a government function while respecting the ginger welder's need for government involvement, then I should not be employed by them. UA should not be employed by them if he cannot respect their identity either.

Beyond that if your employer does not want to employ you because you are a sexist, genderist, racist, prejudiced bigot, then that is their choice. They might also find their customer base is a bunch of CHUDs. I cannot expect racist right wing fascist bloggers and fake news actors to be woke. The problems for that are social, and the right is learning no one wants to play with them anymore. There is a huge overlap in being a whiney asshole who ruins social events and being a bigoted right winger. No one needs to have your abuse at their party. Lots of people don't want to go to a party where you abuse everyone.

The problem @Uncle Albert and the buy have is that in the past you socially had to invite the right wing assholes because no one talked to each other in private so the asshole would always find out and get an invite anyway, so you would not want to start with them pissed off. Now you just get left off the invite list and peo0ple are having parties without you. They do not really get much joty out of pissing on their own parties, so they have lost pissing on the libs party which they thought was their god given right as a right wing asshole.
