More to the point, it was a stupid excuse to ban him, but he's not endeared himself trying to get back, and I imagine the new administration will be less sympathetic to him or his efforts to return.

That said, and I want to make this clear: Should Castle return, and should I see the general shitstorm that happens when threads he posts in get derailed because of the Usual Suspects, it's not just Castle that will be bearing the brunt of the results.
