    Also includes allegations of rape, withheld wages, and the fact that Giuliani told his assistant (the ones making the claims) that Trump and Giulianii were selling pardons for $2 million each.

    The FBI will no doubt be talking to Ms Dunphy very soon.

    She claims to have recordings and has already show text messages showing Giuliani ordering her to have sex and that she was 'his.'

    If it turns out anything is proven on the pardons front that means every pardon by Trump could be overturned.

    That would be too bad.

    Could they? I rather doubt it. There’s no exception in the Constitution for it, and courts have consistently found presidential pardon unreviewable. This feels a lot like Robert Reich’s annulment fantasy.
