I believe Elwood over the TK/Exisle collective.

But then, I have an IQ higher than ten. ;)

It looks like darthsickle has been weighed in the balances and found wanting. :bergman:

I really must start to give darthsickle some credit. Feigning ignorance about screenshots at another forum so he can start a shitstorm on this one - is pretty original.

Too bad almost everyone trusts Elwood.

I don't think even he's that stupid, and to what end would he do so? Nah.

I wouldn't believe him if he said it was daylight outside at twelve noon.

he gave me the fucking password. I SAW it with my own fucking eyes! there are 3 sent messages, 2 to elwood one to exisle. Jesus, I don't think you could fabricate THAT! the dates and everything. God, are you guys that bent on him staying banned that you won't believe the hard evidence?

Please, foil, show me where I claimed that he did not send them. I merely provided photographic evidence that they never made it to my inbox.

I think you need to take a few deep breaths and step away from the computer if this has troubled you so greatly.

Oh, and this sort of display has reduced his chances of returning to about equal to those of a snowball's chance in hell. You can quote me on that.

The return of banned members has never been within the purview of the general membership and it will never be within the purview of the general membership for as long as I own the board. I reserve that right exclusively.

So, to use your words, you can "fucking" deal with it.

And I know of a lot of folks that use Ya-Hell and have decided to go to another ISP because even though they send the messages, the messages never get anywhere.
It might have been better for dark to send an email to someone as a test, then have that person email El and tell him that dark was trying to email him, and YaHell was screwing up again.

This guy's jumped through more hoops than anyone and when you can't call him a liar anymore you just say, aw well fuck it, he's not coming back anyway because he proved us wrong.

    Fuck.

I most definitely was not born yesterday and would have to have been to remotely have believed "123456" was really his password.

It takes a real fool to have a password like that...and a canny troll like Darth is no fool.

And foil1212..I don't believe for one moment you were in his Yahoo account either.

I am not calling him a liar...being unsure someone is being honest is not accusing them of lying. There is a distinction there.

Now..the first time Darth sent me that password it did not work, I did try it after scoffing at it initially because I realized he probably changed it so I wouldn't know his usual one...but nothing.

He PM'd me again today at TK and I gave him the benefit of the doubt and checked again and yes, it did work.

As far as I can tell, Darth did send the e-mails and as of April 20th got an answer from Elwood.

I am not privy to Elwood's e-mail habits or inbox, but I will take a guess and assume his first e-mail got lost in the server shuffle and his second one arrived during a RL heavy time for Elwood. We simply aren't available all the time and in this sort of case, no one else can pick up the slack.

I'd like to apologize to Darth if he feels like I was calling him a liar, accusations were not my intent...but surely he should understand why I was skeptical of his claims.

    :tamar2:

You did call Foil a liar though.

edit: minor technicality, I guess you didn't exactly call him a liar, you just said you believed he was a liar.

In what way is a fraudulent password private information?

Sure, it worked after I mentioned it here because he changed it to that so I really could access the account...but he could have easily chosen a different password to use knowing I posted it here.

My comment where I said I didn't call him a liar was referring to DarthSikle, not Foil1212.

If TK doesn't have a rule about sharing PMs there, why should I be punished for discussing a PM I recieved there here? That seems rather bizarre.
