Until there is actual evidence of that, yes, it's a batshit conspiracy theory (somewhat propelled by racism to the extent that it allegedly came from a Chinese lab).

You quote because you don't comprehend. You can't synthesize your own arguments.

Because "awareness " alone doesn't guarantee any particular outcome, for one thing.

No, it doesn't guarantee a particular outcome - except that it makes it more difficult for white supremacists to lie and say it doesn't exist.

It’s good that people are starting to wake up to Christopher Rufo’s gaslighting. He’s only appeared on Fox News a thousand times since last year. Cue Joe Biden whisper voice: Watch Fox News and you can understand your enemies tactics.

There is very little that "guarantees" a particular outcome.

But awareness of a problem is usually a first step to addressing a problem. The issue is when it comes to race (and many other -isms), many people are in denial of there being a problem despite exposure to facts that show or at least suggest there is, and of course, a lot of others simply go "not MY problem" or "nothing can really be done about it, so...."

Who wrote this OPINION piece for USA Today? I bet this is from Christopher Rufo, the guy who basically admitted on Twitter that he intended to turn CRT into a right-wing buzzword to rile up the masses. He basically defines CRT as anything he doesn't like that pertains to race. That school in Cupertino, CA? Not a public school. By the way, none of this meets the academic standard of what CRT actually is.

Define "work." I don't embrace collective outcomes as a valid goal. If I receive the service I pay for, the transaction worked.

See, there it is. A first step. Nobody pushing this shit is going to be content with "Great. I'm aware. Now fuck off and leave me alone." Nobody can be left in peace on the sidelines, no matter how miniscule their level of guilt.

Oh, that's right, a dark overlord can sit on a throne of skulls so long as Alby-Walby gets his mocha-chino and wi-fi.

Calling not-a-dark-overlord-on-a-throne-of-skulls "collective outcomes" sweeps that shit under the rug.
    Usually.
    Until I just ruined it.

Well, like it or not we all live in societies with other people.

We can't really do anything else.

Societies do not and can not be reduced to two party transactions. Doesn't work.

The problem then is that you have a country filled with idiots who cannot think for themselves and they believe white supremacists. Which brings us back to where we are now.

No one is saying you have to do anything. All we’re saying is that racism exists.

Two-party transactions are actually the basis for all societies.

It's nothing to do with economics, idiot. One person talking to, interacting with, another. For whatever reason. Developing a relationship. That's the beginning of society.

Well, you see, CRT is evil because history should reboot for every generation of babies born, so that society can be devoid of context, so we all can be dollar exchanging robots out of a word problem in a math book.
