    Why doesn't skin move to the country with the lowest tax rate? I'm sure there are numerous failed states functioning at an optimum level, with none of those pesky taxes to take away from your ability to be kidnapped and butchered by a tribal warlord.

    Might be harder to get Captain Morgan Lime Bite, though.
