Ahh..yes. Springtime. Green leaves, grass, flowers, warm breezes... Not if you live here today. The power is out and I will now share with you the views out my windows. Zel, innocently opens the front door and what does he find..... Let's take a closer look at that branch, honey... Oh...shit.....don't open that door!!.. That was close. Let's try the other side of the house, shall we? Ahh..still the suck...but such beautiful suck... It is currently 30.7 degrees F. I dunno what that is in Euro-speak. But...cold but not that bad, for here anyway, in February.
Yeah, I woke up to the same, backed my car out of the driveway at 40 so I could make it over the hump then drove to work. Work was all dark because the power was out and I was hoping it stayed out for a couple hours. Sadly it came on after just one.
I wish he had gotten that, rather than an ice storm. 32 at the moment, but the ice melted off the streets at least. Still, scraping ice off the windshield on April 5th is a bit annoying. The warm fall that was winter this year became spring a few weeks ago. Guess I'd slit my wrists if we got snow now... especially in those masses

Scattered sun and clouds today, under 40°F, and an occasional snow flurry. I guess it's like this every year, but I start to get real impatient for warm weather once April starts.
