A meeting is already scheduled for the group, led by Stamets, who has a secret mission to destroy the Federation. Briam hopes to convince the governess to allow him and the Ferengi to buy seeds that will revolutionize agriculture in the planet. Briam purposely left a sensitive area of the planet where the Ferengi have a strong anti-Fascism bias.
