I managed to find it. We see Q and the other members of the cast but not sure it give much away. Although probably I'm missing some Easter eggs. What is that symbol Seven looked at?
Remember, Q turned into an old man to taunt old-Picard in "All Good Things..." so it's probably just that. Easy-peasy.
Remember, he was acting deaf, and had an old-timey goat horn hearing aid, and said "what did you say? You want your mommy?".
Pretty sure you're being sarcastic, but STIV was a damn fine film despite all its silliness. Until JJ's AwesomeTrek, it was the biggest box office hit of all the Star Trek films.
That looks like Los Angeles only with a better freeway system. And that’s saying a lot as LA freeways are pretty fine.
Didn't TVH do really well, though? I mean, it was a lot of fun, and still has one of my favorite exchanges in it:
I don't get the hate for TVH. It seems as though people don't like going out of the mold of big movies having to be essentially driven by action rather than dialogue. That an entire installment in the franchise went without a single phaser or torpedo fired, punch thrown, villain defeated and garnered the biggest payday to date along with critical acclaim is a lesson that was sadly not learned going forward. Anyone else noticed the meta of repeated reasons that attempted acts of violence simply failed to happen?
Did I miss it, or are Raffi and Jurati missing from the trailer? Even hot Romulan MILF Lariss (Momulan has been coined on TBBS) is there, though her hubby isn't. Seven seems shocked to wake up alone in bed, so perhaps Raffi is missing in the new fragmented timestream? Jurati could be in prison for Maddox's murder in S1, so maybe Picard busts her out to assist, or being separated from the group means she's part of the new wonky timeline?
One of the reasons I love TVH is that there's no Big Bad. Even the probe is just trying to find out what is going on. I think it works very well.
With multiple Golden Raspberry-nominated Akiva Goldsman at the helm (writer of such renowned classics as Batman and Robin and Transformers: The Last Knight) ... what could possibly go wrong?
Delancie hints this may be the last we see of Q. In the timeline. There's no reason he can't pop up in Lower Decks some more, or on Prodigy. https://trekmovie.com/2021/07/09/jo...ts-star-trek-picard-may-be-a-swan-song-for-q/
