Hmm, having a ban on Confederate flags at a National Civil War Historic Battlefield site would seem to be a drastic over reach. The book store at the Battlefield historic site has already banned anything with Confederate flags on or in it. How exactly does one have a history book about the Civil War without ever showing a Confederate flag. This place is supposed to be providing the public with historical education specifically about the Civil War.
