Considering the show was set in GA, it really should be Sherman.

And I find "Yankee Doodle" annoying.

Only a few episodes of the first season were shot in GA, the rest were in California. You can tell when the change occurred by the landscape.

It was still set in GA. The fictional county of Hazzard, Bo and Luke couldn’t even leave the county they lived in because of their probation restrictions.

I drive by the spot where Luke (Tom Wopat) did the first hood slide across the General Lee a couple times a week. It's at the rear of the building where Bo and Luke go to get Daisy's $50 back. The building is at 1200 Spring Street NW, Atlanta. Most of the locations that were shot in Georgia were in Covington and Conyers. A few scenes were shot nearby in Social Circle, Loganville, and Lithonia. About 8-9 years ago I took a road trip to see the locations outside of Atlanta.

There you go. That's much closer to what you should be envisioning.
