I do not think Extreme who shred on their instrument, or even most WGWAGs use sheet music. Even kenny G doesn't use sheet music, and he can go off on a solo or two.

Actually played some Irish tunes at my concert tonight, and one of them was 'My wife is so wicked not even the devil will take her' (it even had a Dies Irae in it!)... but I suspect it actually falls in the fair bonny lass who was bonny and fair category.

Because Classical music is better compared to stage or screenplay scripts, complete with directors, while Jazz and Rock uses Cliffnotes as a starting point.
But fuck string quartets and chamber music in general. Pretentious fuckers
