If you consider being anti-racist as Marxism, that says a hell of a lot about you who subscribes to a very anti-Marxist philosophy.
I'm glad that as a child, you aren't falling for the trap of hating the US and succumbing to cOmMuNiSm.
And therefore everything that relates in some way to not randomly killing Black people must be communist?
Your glorious leader trump wants to fuck putin and little kim. How can you even complain like this after slurping so much crap from trump's ass?
Although Black Lives Matter is not an organization per se, but rather a largely decentralized movement consisting of people who hold the radical belief that Black people should not just be randomly executed by armed agents of the state, I believe Federal Farmer is referring to the fact that one of the women who popularized the hashtag also is a fan of Karl Marx and Mao Zedong. Apparently this means that anyone who doesn't think Black people should be randomly executed by armed agents of the state is a communist, and any idea that is related to the concept of Black people being treated like human beings is intended to turn everyone into commies who hate America.
Indeed - the notion that BLM has a single leader and that all BLM protestors are Marxist just because ONE of the early prolific members has been debunked so often you'd expect it to have permeated even FF's concrete-like noggin, but either no or he's being a twat on purpose.
That's absolutely it, barring a traumatic brain injury he keeps forgetting to mention. Edit: I'm not even joking, it would explain so fucking much.
Notably, "CRT is Marxist because one of the people who coined the BLM slogan is a Marxist" requires two completely independent leaps of illogic. First, "this person is a Marxist and believes cops shouldn't randomly execute Black people, therefore everyone who believes cops shouldn't randomly execute Black people is a Marxist." And second, "Well, BLM seems like a Black thing and CRT seems like a Black thing, I guess, so they must be the same." It's yet another case of "are you really that stupid, or are you just being deliberately dishonest?"
I'd say you're doing FF a disservice if think he's only capable of two leaps of illogic. Dude is Ang Lee's Hulk in the breakout from Gamma Base scene.
Who knows how they'll grow up, but you can't deny that what you learn in your childhood informs your adult life.
To a point, sure However I can't really think of any high school experiences that have really profoundly helped shape who I am today. I feel my learning came from when I got out into the real world, my 20s and early 30s were what really defined the person I am today But by saying "who knows how they'll grow up" while saying "I am bothered by these efforts because I don’t want children growing up to hate this country" at the same time doesn't really jive, does it?
Nobody in my whole goddamned life taught me to lean socialist. It was decade after decade of exposure to conservatives being toxic assholes, and lying failures. I'm a slow learner, but even I could sort out "Hey! Their world is lies, and doesn't work! E-fucking-nough of this!". It's not a conspiracy, Connies, it's YOU. You cause this. You cause the end product of all your conspiracy theories.
No it’s American university professors indoctrinating college students and now they want to infect primary schools.
Yeah, that's some Dennis Prager shit. Fucking guy gets to wear his stupid little suit and get in front of a camera cuz he went to college, then he tells everyone not to go to college and go pump gas. That's a good grift he's got going. It's all about the grift with Connies.
I grew up with a fully Democrat family, with largely liberal-leaning friends and still supported Tea Party bullshit for most of my twenties almost solely because of this place, so.....
I didn't need college to make me a liberal. I'm a liberal because I live in the goddamned world and I can see the consequences of conservative ideology, and the more consequences of conservatism I see, the more liberal it makes me.
Not at all. Give everyone a perfectly equal franchise. Hell I'd favor the end of the existence of any such thing as "states" if that made it happen. I want the 10 people who live in Bumfuck County Wyoming to have PRECISELY the political power of the 10 people who live in a small apartment building in Boston - no more, no less. That AIN'T what the wonderful Founders' design has given to us but several hundred light years.
Please tell us about the national candidates that campaigned in 2020 or any other recent election in Montana, or Indiana, or Iowa outside the primaries, or Oklahoma, or Mississippi, - i could go on. Hell - Oregon, , Massachusetts, Vermont, Colorado, even Virginia. Let's please dispense with that ridiculous myth, eh? And no, places don't decide, PEOPLE decide and the only reason that a voter in NY could possibly count more than a voter in Missouri is because of the archaic and largely useless designation of arbitrary state boundaries and the preposterous superstructure of electoral votes predicated upon it. One woman's vote in Chicago counts exactly as much as one man's vote in Arkansas except for that. It's true that Chicago will outvote the folks living in what we call Arkansas but that's because there are MORE OF THEM and that's how fucking elections work. That's why I live in a state where 60% of these morons elect White Christian nationalist assholes to every office (with like 2 or 3 exceptions) literally for generations. If I have to put up with that bullshit then there's no reason THEY don't have to put up with being outvoted by Chicago if that's who the results turn out. One person one vote.
