Women are allowed to have periods with no crime, because that can be considered a little miscarriage every month.

Men need to stop smoking weed because that can affect their sperm count. Also alcohol can affect conception, so they need to stop drinking as well. And smoking, that causes sperm issues. If you do any of those, that's negligent to your male duties, and you should be imprisoned.

If a man fails to impregnate his wife, he needs to be examined, as he is probably a secret masturbator.

I'm simply satirizing the argument that life begins at conception. And that every single fertilised egg, no matter the age, should be put in a fake womb to grow. So if you apply that logic 0.000001 seconds earlier, every sperm is a potential life. So they should all be stored for potential future use. Because if you aren't making a moral argument, and your argument is one based in science, then there is so little to distinguish the fertilized egg from the immediate part before it, where the sperm is just about to fertilize it, then you need to also agree with the above arguments.

Because you need to remember as well, that it's not sperm in, sperm out. There is the point where the sperm is going in, partially in, but not completely in. What's that?

Spot on. Leave a sperm or an ovum to its own, solitary devices, and it will die, never having approached humanity. Put them together, and without outside interference, they will become a human. The difference is that without an action taken on the gametes, their natural course is death, without an action taken on the foetus, it will come to life. Not that I'm necessarily entirely opposed to abortion. While I firmly believe that people need to learn to be responsible for their actions, and creations, that's not reasonable to expect from a hive organism like humanity. The best solution would seem to be one that allows abortion in limited circumstances: Rape, of course when the mother's life is in the balance, the first trimester.

Even if it were true, it doesn't matter because by the time any woman knows they are pregnant the fetus is so far beyond that stage only a fool would think there is some kind of value in comparing it to a sperm or egg cell.

Most sperm are retarded and never actually reach the egg. Only a few select ones are able to reach the egg. Most sperm are not even nearly a potential life! Just shut the fuck up and quit while you are ahead.

While I can vaguely understand some people's concern that a lump of flesh that is shaped like a baby (but otherwise has no features of a human being - like a nervous system) gets aborted. I can not at all understand the horror some people feel at, for example, a one week old embryo being aborted.

After all, something like 25% of fertilised embryos are miscarried. Many without the woman even knowing she was pregnant. God's a fucker, isn't he?
