The resignation of an Administrator.

Nick has decided that due to real life and board issues that he no longer wishes to continue on full-time as the board's lead Technical Administrator.



Nick,

Throughout the broad extent of your experience on this board, by your respect for the rights and privacy of others, you have always shown you are an Administrator -- not only to fix, but able and willin' both to fix and protect. You've already won a brilliant reputation throughout the entire board.

And I trust in the future by your deeds in the fora, and by the assistance of the same kind Providence who has hitherto favored our cause you will win more victories and add luster to the reputation you now enjoy. You already gained a proud position in the future history of this, our third board.

I shall look with anxiety to your future posts. And I trust whenever I shall hear of your name, it will be of still nobler deeds achieved and higher reputation won.

Hope the RL issues get ironed out fast. Can't guarantee board issues will ever straighten out, but if one area is okay, then maybe you can see yourself able to handle WF issues and come back.

I counter with the fact that Tasvir here clearly understands that Nick has resigned and was asking a foolish question that has already obviously been answered in order to troll the Help Desk, and should therefore be warned.

I disagreed with him because to me that was obviously his intent and wished to head off his transparent attempt to start a shitstorm.

Alternatively, if he is suffering from some kind of reading comprehension problem, some negative reinforcement has in the past proved to be efficacious in drawing his attention to such problems and encouraging him to correct them.

It was for his own good.
