Wow, this week was a pretty eventful week for this community. When the dust settled, we've lost: CheekyMonkey Goldeneye Jenna The Flashlight Anyone else planning on leaving? And is this a sign that this place is going to shit, or is it just an anomaly? Also, do you think that a board split is imminent eventually? Like another great migration to another new board?
The Handsome Banana was hardly ever here. And he didn't leave because of being angry at the board. (Well, unless he was angry at the board for wasting his time - in which case, I'm also angry at the board. )
I don't plan on leaving... ...Unless when Elwood gets back, checks his in-box, says "fuck this sheeyit", unplugs the server and blows it up with tannerite. In that case, then yeah. I'm leaving.
The Flashlight got 5 warnings in a row in the HD and was banned, Jenna left in a huff because she's nuts. Cheekymonkey was banned for posting real life personal info about Elwood. Goldeneye was banned for being Cheekymonkey's paramour.
Goldeneye was banned because Elwood had probable cause to believe that he'd spout off the same BS as Cheekymonkey...which is just what he's done in chat....
Yah, but just saying it's because he's her paramour kinda leaves it at that "Guilt By Association" excuse that isn't particularly true. Granted, it's WHY he done it, but he's banned because Elwood had reason to believe that he WOULD do it.
People who get banned obviously have problems with self control and don't deserve to post on WF. I for one, welcome their extended absence. WF is now a better place without those trouble makers.
