No doubt there are bad actors who dress as you describe. I'm not denying that. But that doesn't mean everything you see a conservative do relates to anything nefarious. Here's an example - wearing polo shirts & khakis and having a shaved (or nearly shaved) head describes a significant percentage of government contractors, even the black & brown ones.
