Yes, we disagree about whether biology or self-identification makes one male or female. I maintain it is the former.
Is physiology not biological? Are genetics not biological?
My position is based on testable, quantifiable science--genetics--which is indeed concerned with physical reality. My position is not one of mere belief; that's the position you're defending.

It is not about science or anything like that. Little miss paladin is just being a bitch. She does not like other people and looks for any way to be obtuse and insult others. It is part of being an alt right ass.

When you look at the reality what someone has in their pants is not important unless you are going to get into a sexual relationship. I will hopefully never witness the crotchal area of miss paladin. I would never lower myself to date an animal like that. I would not consent to fuck it. It would be wrong of me to grab her by the pussy and start handling her crotch. It would also be wrong to feel up her chest even if I was a drunken frat boy. So what is in their pants does not matter at all. Since according to miss @Paladin it is not in how she presents herself but rather the reality I am going to impose on her because I chose the pronouns I use nothing I am doing is wrong. I am just stating reality as I wish it to be, and I am certainly not going to start allowing her to present herself as a man because she wants to play pretend.

This is the problem that comes when we as society start second guessing a person's gender. What I would be doing would be considered silly despite clearly using the same logic as the transphobes. If a person is identifying as a specific gender in society we don't get to run any physical exams on them to determine gender. If Miss Paladin stuck her hand up my skirt to see if I had a penis, or made some exam of a trans woman's vagina to determine if it is a true vagina he would be heading to jail with a few loose teeth and some cute shoes in his anus.

That being said I do believe when entering into a committed relationship where the ability to have children and form a family may be part of the present or future it should be said by a trans woman that they are sterile, and it might be a good idea before wandering off to sleep with someone a trans man avoids an akward explanation until a penis can be made possible for them. But if we are not sleeping together you have no right to see what I have and make any decisions on what is or is not there.

We have no reliable quantifiable scientific evidence of your gender little miss. We only have your claims here, and we know how reliable internet claims are. So I guess you must be a woman because I define you according to your twisted logic.

Yes, they are, but your claim is not about biology. When two people agree about all of the genetic code involved, about all of the physiological organs involved, about all of the biochemical processes that happen within a living thing's body, and yet still are in disagreement, then their disagreement is not about biology. This is the case here. You are unable to point to any part of the actual, real, existing, material physiology that makes up Nova's body and say that you and she are in any disagreement about that part of the real world.

There is an easy way to test whether I am right about this. Biology is a natural science, and all natural sciences proceed by testable hypotheses. If your disagreement with Nova is truly about biology, you should be able to make a prediction about some materially testable outcome such that you predict one outcome, and she predicts another. Can you do that?

A genetic test of Nova's sex will return a finding of male.

And, yet, you and Nova will maintain that Nova is actually female.

True or false: By that, you mean a finding of XY chromosomes.

True or false: Nova also predicts that if you test her genes, you will find XY chromosomes.

I never had an ethic to respect assholes. That is the most amazing of self rightious idiocy I have seen in this world. You are going to insult people and be a purposeful bitch to them in an area that makes no difference to you, and then you expect to toss up ethics and morals into the faces of those who return your disrespect? Maybe you should try that on a doormatt little missy but I not in any mood to respect a racist, homophobic, transphobic little girl like yourself. It is not going to get me any respect from you so why should I bother?

Just another thing girlie, when you find yourself agreeing with dayton as often as you, you might want to check yourself. There is a good chance that behavior is going to cause you pain. Such unprofessional behavior and lack of respect today can be detrimental to your life. I know I personally take great pleasure in getting creeps like you fired. You dont want to have to be living back at your parents house like your alt right chronies because you went out there and decided to disrespect some person at your job.

I am pretty sure a genetic test on you would reveal you were left behind in evolution.

Are we going to do any of this genetic testing, or are we just going to pull shit out of our ass and throw it at other people like our little monkey girl paladumb?

The way I see it is that if someone wants to be referred to by a certain pronoun or something, that doesn’t affect me one way or the other so I’m happy to oblige them.

Otherwise I’d feel like I was being an asshole just to be an asshole.

I was going to continue the discussion with @Paladin, but seeing as @Flashlight has begun to dumbrep all of my posts in this thread, I guess I have now officially won the argument.

False, obviously, but the point here is: That last statement does not belong to biology or any other natural science. If it did, its truth would be empirically testable.

Typically it does, but it isn’t 100% correct. There are no clear lines in biology. If you looked into the findings of actual biologists and not what you remembered from school, you’d know this. This is about facts, not your feelings about outdated and incorrect notions of sex and gender.

    Sex chromosomes:

    Male (emphases mine):

    Female (emphases mine):

So, my statement that sex could be determined genetically "does not belong to biology or any other natural science?" Are you kidding me with this?
It is empirically testable. We do it all the time. It is scientifically accepted and non-controversial.

Pretty sure male and female are discrete concepts. There aren't really any blurred lines between those categories. Genetic abnormalities don't count, as they don't endure as established sexes.
Find me some female organisms--that aren't highly exceptional abnormalities--that produce sperm, or male organisms that produce ova.
    Incorrect? As defined by whom?

It has something like a dozen spellings. I *want* to spell it "foofarah," and that would be acceptable I guess, but the way I just spelled it in the above post is considered the "official" way.

Again read the links to scientific articles provided, all of them either peer reviewed papers or referencing them. Harvard University doesn't ted to have second rte biologists on their research staff.
