With all due respect to America's former Mayor, that is not proof beyond a reasonable doubt of intent to kill. It shows callous disregard to human life. But it does not translate to Chauvin saying, "I want this MF to die." Or at least, without more, it just as easily could show that he wrongly thought Floyd was faking and trying to milk sympathy.
This is such a load of shit. We see him on the guys chest killing him. That is murder. Just because a court fucks up does not mean he is not guilty in reality. Courts do not define reality, they merely convict people, and often they fuck up. Legally innocent does not mean innocent.
Intent only matter in legal definitions of what you can prove. You kneel on someone's kneck for 8 minutes while they gurgle and slowly die beneath you, and there is intent to kill all over that. That is great that your legal conviction might say so, but reality is not defined by the courts. The dude is still dead, and the cop sat on him for five minutes knowing he was choking to death, and then another two just to make sure he was dead. That is reality.

Police kneeled on a black man for 8 minutes while he begged for air and was slowly killed. All of that over a fake twenty he might not even know he had. I support the protests and the calls for this to end. I also recognize the frustration and hate that the US system of racism has had since our creation and how it continues to this day. White people have lynched and abused black people for being black and have never stopped in america. We had a bloody civil war to stop the sale of black people as slaves and their abuse. After that we had years of klan activity and the racial intollerance and abuse of blacks until we had bloody riots demanding we change in the civil rights era. Beyond that it continues to this day. Peace has gotten them nowhere, but bloody violence has had some success. So since white racists and authorities cannot stop killing black people for being black unless there are bloody riots then I have to support the violence as the only way racists are forced to change. Those are the rules of the system, and fuck you for making these things necessary through your complacent inaction and endorsement of the police and racist society. Remember they tried kneeling and were told that was too much and disrespectful. This is what you get.

you know what "under color of law" means, I assume? The only perspective that matters is that if a protester strikes a reporter, it's by default a crime, if a cop does it - literally on camera - it's because he assumes he's entitled to.
