yep! And if the allegations are true that Rolfe kicked Brooks after he was shot and on the ground? He's toast! That proves malice right there. That said the DA charging him with murder may very well backfire. He may be overcharging Rolfe, and should have pushed for manslaughter. All totaled Rolfe faces eleven (at last count) separate charges! Regardless if the prosecution fucks this up Rolfe could walk - and Atlanta could burn. Side note the DA is in the hot seat himself in matters unrelated to the Brooks shooting. It's a pretty closely followed story here in Georgia - lots of drama to play out in the next few months or so!
