Problem is, the cenotaph is on private property (St. Volodymyr Cultural Centre). Not so easy for the government to just have it destroyed, although if that "cultural centre" receives ANY public funding or tax breaks they should be revoked immediately.

Perhaps the city should appropriate the land. I can hardly think of a better location to install public urinals.
