Then there are people kind of in the middle of loony left and reasonable liberals like @tafkats and @MikeH92467 . Then there's people slightly to the left like myself and @Uncle Albert who are more libertarian and lastly people who are firmly on the right like @Paladin and @Chaos Descending. I'm sure I'm forgetting a few people, and that doesn't even include the non Americans, but as you can see, the board is left leaning. So no, they aren't a complete monolithic block, but just like in Congress, they're the loudest voices and the moderates can't control them.
