Ok, in all seriousness: Here's my position and political views:
Don't be an asshole to other people.

If their gender doesn't match their sex, who cares? Anecdotal case in point: Friend I grew up with in church, sang in the same community choir right around the time I was distancing myself from Mormonism. Ran into (now) her at a mutial choir member's service. Didn't know what her preferred pronouns were or if she had changed her name, but during the course of the conversation with her and her parents, it came out organically, and perfect, new name and gender, easy associative pivot to make. And it was good seeing her again. Not acknowledging the gender and name change would have made me an asshole, needlessly.

Abortions. Any position I take that limits a person's ability to get one makes me an asshole, no matter the timeframe. At most, I could see myself verifying that's the avenue they want to explore, but even then, outside of my partner or a close friend, could make me trend toward asshole territory.

Is there a time and place to be an asshole? Absolutely. But by and large, don't Other other groups of people, don't kick down to them. American society likes doing that far too much.

I was a tom boy. If my parents had forced me to stay inside and do "girl stuff", I probably would have been convinced I was transgender.

Hormone blockers are used to delay the onset of puberty. Which no 4-year-old is even remotely close to. In your fevered imagination, are there really doctors prescribing drugs to block hormones that don't even exist yet? Are you that far gone?

Important point, those types of drugs are sometimes given to young children. However it's precisely for the reason you point out, that young children shouldn't be hitting puberty and medically delaying the onset of it has been known to be a safe and effective treatment for a long time.
