Oh, I see. Russia is saying there are U.S. military bioweapons labs in Ukraine (no evidence). Gabbard is just saying there are U.S. funded biolabs in Ukraine (plenty of evidence, and who gives a shit?). Elephants and elephant seals.

They might have pathogens such as COVID 19, or other viruses for vaccine development. We're not talking weapons of mass destruction.

And you think that Putin's trustworthy on such things because why? We're talking about a guy who has not only used false-flag operations as a justification for this invasion of Ukraine but has also agreed to evacuation corridors for civilians and then attacked those same corridors when civilians tried to escape the war zone using them.
