It says the police told her there might be consequences of being arrested if she changed the locks, but she changed them anyway. The guy who lies and says he has a lease would have to show the lease to the police before they arrest her. If he does have a lease and she changes the locks to evict him, then she would be committing a crime and deserve arrest.

It is nice to be angry about squatters, but in this case the squatter seems to be SOL and the police should not be doing anything for him without actual documentation that he had paid rent and established a legitimate residency with a licensed realtor. The police seem to have no way of knowing that he does not have legitimate papers so they did their proper job and warned her that she copuld be arrested if she had actually defrauded him by taking rental money with a signed lease and then evicted him illegally.

This is how false outrage gets UA and others. They so want to believe a story fits their narrative they missed that the news was gaslighting them with things working properly. The woman changed the locks and is waiting for the police to arrest her for doing it, but the quote does not say she was ever arrested for doing so. She was just warned that if she did change the locks on a person with a signed lease she would be arrested.

Thank you for at least putting something that shows what actually happened. If you watch the guy did contact the police and showed them something that was paperwork showing he had some right to the home.

There may be some form of scam going on here, but the police are not going to throw out an established resident on the claim someone else has for the property when they are not living there.

What you will probably find out down the line is that there is some sort of family conflict on who owns the property, or her deceased parents had let someone live there while doing work, and she wants then out now that she inherited the home.

This is not someone moved in out of the blue and squatted. She inherited the house. If the police are arresting her then she moved too soon to throw out what was an arranged tennant doing work on the house because she wanted to sell right away.

Again, pay attention to the details of the story and you might find out why she was actually arrested. Seeing the video from Charlie Kirk, a known gaslighter and liar, you might have tried thinking through what was going on.

The woman is lying. She wants you to believe someone is squatting in her home, but the beginning states it was her parent's home she inherited. She wants to sell it. This shit happens all the time, and she got you by lying.

Obviously she got the deed for the house, but if arrangements were made with someone doing work on the house and living there, then that person cannot be kicked out onto the street just because she wants to sell so fast.
