I think it's reasonable to assume those were when you passed out and retreated to the land of nod. It also meant you likely oozed out of bed much later than 5;30 in the morning. You're also regularly posting here when all the other Americans have gone to bed and when those of us this side of the Atlantic are up and off to work, which tells me you rarely go to bed before the early hours of the morning. So either you survive on about 7 hours sleep a week, or you're making shit up as usual.
