This is a serious problem that needs to be dealt with properly and fast. These people are too stupid to be alive. They need to be locked in a cage and left to die right now. Please do the world a favor, register and destroy. We need to rid the world of their existence.

    :tbbs:

I got as far as "Physics" and the following quote before giving in and laughing for ten minutes and fleeing so I could breathe:

    :tbbs:

They swear the site is real, but how can anyone not believe something that is obvious to anyone who bothers to go experience it?

I always figured the FES was just for fun. Anybody have hard evidence indicating otherwise?

No, it's not hard to tell. This website has been famous since before I got on the web. It's always been known as a massive hoax.

It does have a real flavor to it -- the earnestness and the elaborate scientific-sounding rationalizations are reminiscent of the stuff you sometimes hear from Creationists. But I think it's more just a geeky way of having fun by seeing how convincing a case you can make for something completely ludicrous.
