    I know a lot of you have your doubts, but personally, I don't think the nightmare of me screwing up the board totally and completely is going to be realized. My main goal is to grow the place, improve the look of it, and tidy up anything which may be redundant or unnecessary. I'd like to try and stay out of board politics so far as possible, as I am sort of bored of it.
