What would be your opinion of this scenario?

Here's the scenario: There are something like 150,000 Somali immigrants living in the city of Minneapolis, mostly in the Cedar Riverside, Phillips, and Elliot Park neighborhoods of the south side.

So, in this scenario, the police get defunded. No more MSP PD.

As has happened in other places, say the local Muslim communities begin policing their own neighborhoods, and enforcing Sharia Law while they're at it. I'm not talking about them trying to do it all over the city, but in those centers of Muslim concentration.

1) Are you okay with it? Why or why not?
2) Would you be willing to live there? Especially if you have wives and/or daughters?
3) If you are not okay with it, what's the solution? Remember, there's no more PD.

This isn't an attempt to build some sort of strawman that I can come back and knock down. Just something for people to think about, and discuss. Some of you live in countries where this has already happened. (Britain and France, I'm looking at you.) What are the experiences with this in your own countries?
