Everyone has to have a number that for some reason they consider "lucky"... So what's yours, and why is it lucky to you?
Well since numbers are infinite somewhere along the line there must be a number called Clyde. So naturally Clyde is my lucky number.
I estimate that 50% of the people responding will answer 69. And since this is a geek board, the other 50% will answer 42. End of thread, everyones goes homes nows.
The whole concept of a 'lucky' number is irrational, as is the concept of 'luck' itself. That said, I always pick 7 as one of my lottery numbrs...

I, too, like 7. The child's three names each has 7 letters. And his number at the Academic Decathlon was V7 (V=Varsity, 7th team member)
I am the exact opposite, which is kinda weird considering the OCD situation I had when I was younger about needing everything to be symmetrical.
