Yet, it has never really manifested itself into the mainstream culture of Western Civilization, despite us constantly being assured by Libertarians that this is the preeminent way to live

I have never been interested enough to look up the basic tenet of Liberalism. However, a Libertarian facebook friend that I knew in elementary school suggested I read the party platform. and, yea, that's it in a nutshell.

Libertarianism is a great bookend for the linear depiction of political reality along with communism on the other end. That's about all either of them are good for.

Then be mature enough to walk away. Lubak is a very sophisticated troll who occasionally has something contributive to say. The latter doesn't excuse the former.
