    The requirement is simple.

A bonafied short threaded barreled lightweight sub gun chambered in .45ACP with at least a 30-round detachable box magazine and lots of rails.

Cause the BATFE is a PITA?
Cause the recoil is gonna be more than most weekend warriors can handle?
Cause there are other solutions out there that sorta come close? (Beretta CX4 chambered in .40)?

    and Finally

I don't see a market for one and God likes me better! :finger:

Nothing that can't be overcome with the proper application of cash and blindfolded trips in a car's trunk. :bergman:

    Pussies. :bailey:

    .45ACP > .40SW

:Oooo: Put a german-style collapsible stock on it and I can start to dig it. I hate folders.

Of course, I guess you could just rechamber an MP10. That's more what I was looking at.

    I own an RPB MAC-11...

Rail on top, rails on the "safety device" that clamps over the barrel.

Eh, nothin' wrong with it if that's what you're after. But, it's more of a machine pistol. I want something that it definitely meant to be fired from the shoulder. Like I said, something about the size of an MP10.

    Yet here you are... :?:

    I don't reckon there's a way to put rails on a Thompson.

Find you a used Marlin Camp Carbine, SBR it, and get a 40 round pro-mag drum?

Can I get a revolver chambered in 12 gauge 00 buck?
Or maybe an over-under barrel revolver with a 6 bullet chamber?

No rails, but I always liked John Sable's full-auto .45 broomhandle Mauser.

Except I'm thinking you wouldn't be able to import one of those...and I don't know how Elwood feels about a design that doesn't hold the bolt open.
