^(1) It's not as if WF hasn't attracted any new members who might not have seen it before

    (2) It's not as if WF wouldn't cease to exist without repetition

    (3) The article's a little dated, but no less true than when the speech was given in 2003; it's not as if some people ever learn

    (4) Knowing you'd be compelled to comment on it

    (5) A reminder that every time Sokar et al. start a "garamet sux" thread, things will not go as planned, though Sokar will claim that whatever happens is exactly what he intended

    (6) Post #661

(I'll save #666 for you, unless you can get Petey to come back for a one-off and some rep-whoring.)

I can't stand this thread. The reason?

I constantly have to read on the front page "Why is Garamet afraid to come"

    Mother of God.....

This is the first time in the years I've spent at Wordforge that I've entered the Grey Room. And now, I don't regret it.

    TWENTY THREE PAGES? TWENTY THREE?!?!?!

I know Dicky and I tend to drag things on forever in the RR, but TWENTY THREE PAGES??!?!?!

    "Holy SHIT!"

    ^Awww, poor kitty!

I had a cat who loved to roll around in the tub after someone had taken a bath or shower and it was still warm from the hot water. She didn't seem to mind the wet, but if a drop hit her from the shower head, she'd go flying out of the room. Also left little cat tracks all over the edge of the tub...silly kitty...

Everybody knows that you're supposed to put the cat and some soap in the toilet, shut the lid, and hit flush.

Cat comes out kinda pissed off, but clean as a whistle.

They're both fine options. I find they're generally among the better restaurant options myself even though I'm partial to chocolate for desert. Most chocolate deserts I've had in restaurants are highly disappointing. They never seem to use quite enough chocolate.

All flans are not created equal.

The "Jello-y/slippery" flans suck compared to the creamier, more "custardy" flans. The former being the ones most often found at cafeterias and other cheap restaurants (the one in the photo looks like one of "those" kind).

If you can eat your flan through a straw (I have, BTW), you should find a place that makes better flan.

There's a tapas bar here that makes the best flan I've ever tasted.
