Why is gturner banned?

We have been saying all along that ignore is a great feature people should use. Sadly, the mods just want to ban which shows how far away from acceptable behavior they have gotten.

And yet here you are, in at least the fourth thread based on you reading and believing @gturner's lies, and you don't want to be ignored. So we still have to deal with his lies. QED: Ignoring him doesn't solve the problem for the rest of us.

Oh, is someone daring to disagree with you and your B.S.? You have gone from claiming GT's posts have no value, to admitting it does because other people respond and engage him, to now claiming he has to be banned because other people actually do find value in his posts.

Spin some more for us and make up a few more transparently obvious false excuses. I didn't ban him, I didn't argue for him to be banned, he isn't a conservative, and other conservatives aren't banned.

Except that discussion of moderator actions are not handled in the Red Room, they are handled in the Help Desk, which is undoubtedly why you want to shut down any discussion of it here and move to to the Red Room, where it can be more easily ignored, or at least devolve into name-calling rather than being in a venue where it must be taken more seriously.

Why is gturner banned?

I don't see it as pointless. Yes, I agree the "ban the opposition" Stasi probably can't be reasoned with but we can still expose their hypocrisy and lies so, in the future, when they again ban someone who never broke a rule simply because they do not like them, well, at least their terrible track record will be well known.

Maybe we can even make them gun shy so the next time they are feeling their arrogant unlimited power they check themselves and think twice.

Literally, every excuse brought up so far has been debunked and, having read the shelter release along with your posts in it, it is an abortion that someone as fact free and obviously biased even got a vote on this matter, Mr. "I am just a regular poster like you".
