Is anyone else watching this show in the Food Network? two really good chefs pick each others team of bad cooks and they have to train them to cook for food critics. these people are BAD. a boiled whole chicken? mac and cheese made with cottage cheese? slicing directly through a whole clove of garlic and tossing the Whole thing in? Catching a induction burner on fire? ~cringe~

I can see doing that if you're tossing it in the oven with some other stuff, but planning on removing the papery skin later. The cloves squish out of the skin so easily after baking.
