    Left. Testicular. FRACTURE. I did not know this could happen and now I'm afraid to leave my house. This is even more bizarre than Kaz Matsui's anal fissure from earlier this year.

    I don't know if that's the worst injury ever, but it certainly gives rise to the most useless piece of information I've ever found on the internet. Regarding testicular fracture, according to Emedicine.com:

    I can understand a damaged/ruptured testicle.....but how can you fracture a testicle, which isn't actual bone?

    Semantics, semantics.....either way it would hurt.

    in this case, I think that fractured means ruptured.

    No, it means fractured, as in split in two. A testicle is a fairly solid mass that fractures if impacted.
