Good question. My first thought was the Terminator win hands down but then I thought about who actually did beat the Terminator, it was Kyle Reese and Sarah Connor. A soldier and a waitress beat the Terminator. Now consider John Rambo's adventures in First Blood, he pretty much took out an entire city, members of the National Guard and nearly the entire Sheriff Department.* So I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have much trouble with a single soldier and a waitress. But the Terminator is no slouch himself, he too took out a Police Station, Kyle Reese and was only stopped after being shot a billion times, having his skin burned off when a gas truck exploded on him and being smushed by a machine press. It'd be a good fight but I think Rambo would win. Unless the Terminator disguised himself a soldier from the Viet Cong Army, that kinda freaks Rambo out. Or if disguised himself as Colonel Samuel Trautman. *Thankfully he spared Deputy Mitch who went on to serve in the NYPD before vanishing off the face of the Earth only to resurface years later as a CSI in Miami who goes by the name of Horatio.
