The other set is passive-aggressive about it, altering the tone but not the underlying sentiment, and when they end up being caught, they bitch about how unfair all of it is, often engaging long, drawn out debates about why there should be no consequences resulting from their actions. And then there's you, adding your voice to the chorus, "Oh, these sociopaths won't stop making all these little red blocks appear near my name." Are you really so clueless as to believe that the repwarring is intended to drive people off, like Liet suggested as he was weeping this morning? Do you really believe that negreps (which Liet declared as "futile") are any more effective in "driving people away" then Mewa's threats and callout threads? Is leaving a neg (which doesn't bump threads or add to a clogged front page) due to the futility of entering into discussion with garamet somehow worse than garamet's obvious contempt for honest debate? If you really believe that Liet, Startard, garamet, et al have gotten an unfair shake here, then maybe the pervasive protections of TNZ would suit your delicate sensibilities better. Explain to me how one version is more or less true than the other. Furthermore, explain to me how it is that, if they were to say nothing and merely carry out their intended program of negging anyone who responds to Baba or Starguard etc. etc., their actions would not eventually be seen as a threat/promise against those who responded in the future.
^After the Great Board Meltdown of 2007, there hasn't been any real big board drama for any one on the staff to deal with. Which has overall meant only good things for th way the board operates, IMO.
