Decade? Wow, hard to choose. You are talking about virtually the entirety of modern gaming. Among the ones I played the very most:

    Starcraft: Brood War
    Half-Life: Counterstrike
Command & Conquer: Generals Zero Hour
Final Fantasy VIII, XI, and XII
    Final Fantasy Tactics Advance 2
    Morrowind
    Dragon Age Origins

Brood War and FFVIII were released in 1999 but I played them for a big chunk of the decade, so I dunno if they qualify.

I've just gotten into gaming in the last year so I'm probably not the best person to ask, but the entire Call of Duty franchise is what initially brought me back to gaming. Since then, I've enjoyed Batman: Arkham Asylum, InFamous and Fallout 3 the most over the last year.

    Command and Conquer: Generals
Return to Castle Wolfenstein (Multiplayer PC)
    America's Army Online (Yes, really)
    World of Warcraft
Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare
Rock Band 2 (Only while drunk)
    Devil May Cry series

...that's kinda sad that so many of my favorite games are more than 10 years old.

Got a lot of enjoyment out of the latest generation of Tomb Raiders. The recent PS3 version is fucking gorgeous.

Well, few games have innovated as much as Portal did.
