Definately won't draw any judgements until more info comes out. I'm not saying this is the case, but can't they arrest you based completely on statements of the "abused" with no physical evidence?

Especially considering certain groups have a cast iron hardon to get him on anything.

Maybe it's better when violent lunatics who murder random people go to prison rather than when they go on to continue being violent lunatics in public.

You can be arrested for anything based on statements alone.

Sure, we don't even know for certain why he was arrested. But a pattern is beginning to emerge. He's a real world Dayton.

Yeah, fuck that whole innocent until proven guilty thing. :jayzus: You're literally pulling a Turden here - I hope you realize that. Based on absolutely no information, you are still making a declaration about someone's guilt based on your own bias.

No bias, simply noting a pattern, which is that he is frequently arrested for engaging in violence. Can you denny this fact?

Yeah...he's a hardened criminal...his first accusation of domesticate abuse was the wife he is divorcing...can't imagine any bias there.

And a couple of stops for speeding...

So no matter how much he fills people like Liet with rage...he's not a rampaging psychopath.

    Bullshit.

And has yet to be convicted of anything. You do remember that being arrested for a crime doesn't make you guilty of it, right? Maybe not since you seem to lack the understanding that people in this country are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty.

Can you deny that law enforcement has engaged in harassment of citizens in the past?

I agreed with the verdict and I still do, but the way some of you hitch your wagon to this guy is pretty pathetic.

Who would date this guy? Are you kidding me? Women love "bad boys." The bigger the asshole/Alpha Male/lone wolf/shitbag/abuser/adulterer the more women are attracted to you. Now add "celebrity" into the mix and this guy gets more ass than a toilet seat. Nice guys finish last, as they say.

They are desperate for him to be a whit knight. Bad news, though, I heard he was wearing a hoodie.

If there are obvious signs, yeah. Someone is going to jail. But, if it's just he said, she said, then the victim has to go sign a warrant before we'll do anything. That's based on three decades of "I didn't want you to arrest him. I just wanted you to make him stop."

That said, a civilian getting a warrant from a magistrate is not that hard. Saying, "He hit me." is "evidence" alone as far as the Magistrate is concerned because the complainant is attesting, under oath, that the complaint is true. The Magistrates job, in that instance, is not to judge the validity of the claim, but to start the process of the claim being judged in court.

It seems that he is a psychopath. If his trial had regarded that issue, he'd have been found guilty. That he wasn't guilty of murder does not mean he is innocent of psychopathy.

He's a well armed violent stalker. That's not in any good-faith dispute, even if some people think Zimmerman's stalking victim overreacted and brought his killing upon himself.

And what pattern is that? The one run in with police before the Treyvon case or his heinous reign of terror since?

I'm pretty sure this varies state to state. In Florida, isn't it practically required that the cops arrest the male half of any domestic abuse call?
